Frozen Pineapple Whip

  • 2 1/2 cups Frozen Pineapple
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup


  1. In a high-speed blender add the frozen pineapple, almond milk, lemon juice and maple syrup.

  2. Blend until completely combined, stopping to scrape down the sides as the mixture will be very thick. Do not add more almond milk as the whip will become to watery, just scrape down the sides and continue blending as many times as necessary to get a thick and creamy whip.
