Chocolate Chunk Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 8 Dates
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chopped

Instructions

  1. Place the rolled oats, dates, peanut butter, hemp hearts and milk into a high-speed blender, Blend until the dates and rolled oats have been broken down and you are left with a slightly chunky batter.

  2. Using a wooden spoon mix in the dark chocolate until fully incorporated.

  3. Shape the dough into 1 inch balls, place on a lined baking sheet and place in the fridge for 30 minutes allowing them to set and solidify.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
