When it comes to finger foods, you could say we are obsessed with anything that includes fries, and these vegan Loaded Taco Fries are definitely no exception. What’s better than crispy potato, topped with all the delicious flavours of Mexican inspired food?
Born out of a love for both of these key food groups (yes, potato might be it’s own food group), our Loaded Taco Fries were born. Now, we decided to top these with some taco classics, but you can go as wild as you like!
We took these fries up a notch by throwing them into a skillet. Skillets are a kitchen staple of ours, but if you don’t have one, don’t worry! A pan or casserole dish will work just fine!
Now as we said before, we took classic taco toppings – tomato, lettuce, onion, corn, avocado – but you can really dress this up (or down) to your liking. Try adding some jalapenos for spice, or black beans for added texture. You can even try playing with your cheese flavours, maybe a little Havarti?
In 30 minutes your taste buds could be popping with the yummy flavours of Mexico in these vegan Loaded Taco Fries, so what are you waiting for?
