Frozen Yogurt is the perfect dessert on a hot summer day. It will leave you feeling satisfied, and completely guilt-free! The way fruit and yogurt come together is a match made in heaven and is always a household favourite. Serve in a bowl and drizzle with chocolate, or in a cone topped with fresh fruit, and you’re good to go!
In order to make our vegan Frozen Yogurt you will need to make our yogurt recipe first. It takes up to 48 hours to set, so make sure you plan ahead. Once it’s ready, this frozen treat couldn’t be quicker to whip together.
We used strawberries to flavour our fro-yo, but feel free to use your favourite fruit. Pineapple, mango, raspberries, whatever tickles your fancy. You could even split the recipe in half and try two flavours, or get wild and mix a bunch of fruits together! Have fun with it!!
While we call our vegan Frozen Yogurt a dessert, we aren’t ashamed to admit we’ve eaten it for breakfast. Yogurt and fruit… sounds like a healthy breakfast to us! We’ve even served it as a special treat on top of our pancakes or waffles. Like we said, get a lil’ crazy and live a little!
