Turmeric is a spice that has many health benefits, including improving your joints. It’s commonly used in healthy smoothies or to add yellow-colouring to tofu in order to make them look like eggs.
You’ll find it in a bunch of our recipes. It adds a lot of flavour, and knowing it’s healthy for us seems like a win-win. The only downside is that the colour is pretty strong (hello yellow fingers!) but believe us, it’s worth it.
