The trick to smoothie bowls is adding ingredients you may not consider adding to your typical smoothie. They can be a little thicker, since you’ll use a spoon after all, so you can go a little crazier. This Tropical Green Smoothie Bowl uses more fruits than we’re used to, with a bunch of pineapple, mango, and spinach.
We like to add a superfood kick to our smoothie bowls with chia seeds! These little fellas are virtually tasteless, but add a great punch! Fiber? Protein? Energy? Chia seeds have it all!

Tropical Green Smoothie Bowl
- 1 cup Frozen Spinach
- 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
- 1/2 cup Frozen Mango
- 3 tbsp Coconut Shaved
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 1/2 cup Almond Milk
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth.
Pour mixture into bowl and enjoy! Feel free to use extra frozen fruits, chia seeds, or coconut shavings to garnish.
