Mmmm how we love hummus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Hummus is a definite staple, and no matter how much we make it it’s never enough. It’s such a versatile superfood with so many uses, we can’t help but put it on everything! That said, this Roasted Red Pepper Hummus is strong on its own, and makes for a great snack!
Taste aside, one of our favourite things about hummus is the fact that you can make it with virtually no mess. Everything gets thrown into the blender and a couple minutes later, voila! You’re eating! We love making our standard hummus, but sometimes it’s nice to put a spin on it with this roasted red pepper version.
We love packing this Roasted Red Pepper Hummus as a mid-day snack, but you’ll often find us chowing down after work too! How could we not, it’s so tasty! And when its served with pita chips? There’s a winning number.
