There’s a lot to love about being on vacation, and when it comes to tropical destinations, a Pina Colada is a must-drink. We thought, why not bring this flavour of relaxation to our every day lives? And so, our pineapple coconut smoothie recipe was born. Now we can have a little taste of relaxation, no matter where we are.
The nice part about this smoothie is that although it is made with coconut milk, the flavour is not as strong as artificial coconut. This means even those who typically do not enjoy the taste of coconut may still want to drink this. If you’re looking to steer-clear, it’s easy to swap in your milk-substitute of preference.
Pineapple Coconut Smoothie
- 1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple
- 2 tbsp Shredded Coconut
Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until mixed.
Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
