Made of ground chili, Paprika is definitely a pantry staple. It comes in a variety of different heats and flavours. It’s used to influence flavours in a dish, but you’ll also find it used as a garnish due to it’s vibrant red colour.
Although we always make sure we have regular Paprika on hand, we use Smoked Paprika whenever possible. The smokey flavour is really next-level, and adds an extra wow factor to sauces and dips.
