Smoothies are something we have almost every morning during the week. We don’t often use juice as a base for our smoothies, but when it comes to our Go-Go Juice smoothie we make an exception. It’s sweet, delicious, and does what the name implies, helps you go go!
When Brigette was young, her dad used to make a Go-Go Juice smoothie every morning, and if she got up early enough she could have some too. This drink has been an obsession ever since, and for good reason!
Although it calls for apple juice, you can use orange or grapefruit as the base as well. If you are looking to thicken it up, either add more berries, or a couple scoops of ice.
- 1 1/2 cups Apple Juice
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
- Add all ingredients to blender
- Blend for 2 minutes or until smoothe, and enjoy!
*If you don't have (or don't like) apple juice, try using orange or grapefruit juice.
