Chipotle Mayo is a staple in our households. A mayo with a bit of a kick, we always keep some on hand. It’s perfect for spreading on burgers or hotdogs, or dipping various types of fries. It’s also super easy to make Chipotle Mayo, and if you have two of our pantry staples, you can eat it at any time!
All you need to do is blend Vegan Mayo and Sriracha, voila! Chipotle Mayo ready for dipping. The best part about making your own is that you can customize the level of spice. If you can handle heat, add extra Sriracha, if you’re more sensitive, keep it more mayo heavy.
- 1/4 cup Vegan Mayo
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
Mix together mayo and sriracha until fully combined. Add additional sriracha if you would like more heat.
