Cashew Parmesan Cheeze

Cashew Parmesan Cheeze is a super simple recipe to make, and is a great substitute for using nutritional yeast as a cheesy topping.

Cashew Parmesan Cheeze

Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
Servings 1 Jar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender add cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Blend on high until it starts to resemble a parmesan texture. Be careful not to over blend as the parmesan may become sticky.

  2. To store place in airtight container and keep in fridge. Parmesan can keep for up to 1 month in the fridge.
