Cashew Parmesan Cheeze is a super simple recipe to make, and is a great substitute for using nutritional yeast as a cheesy topping.
Cashew Parmesan Cheeze
- 1 cup Cashews
- 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
In a blender add cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Blend on high until it starts to resemble a parmesan texture. Be careful not to over blend as the parmesan may become sticky.
To store place in airtight container and keep in fridge. Parmesan can keep for up to 1 month in the fridge.
