Who doesn’t love a simple and versatile recipe? Quick and simple is key, and our Avocado Dip checks all the boxes. Fast and delicious, it can be served with just about anything! We love guacamole, we love hummus and we love dipping things, so this dip just made sense. It’s a welcome addition to our dip family.
Avocado dip can be used on a charcuterie board, to serve with crackers, or alongside some nachos and salsa. Just because the name says “dip” doesn’t mean you can’t use it as a spread. Hello avocado toast with a spin? Yup, we want that!
Avocados and chickpeas are full of health benefits, and this dip is jam packed with lots of nutrition to keep you full and fuelled up!

- 2 Avocados Ripe
- 1 can Chickpeas Rinsed & drained
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
Peel the avocados and remove the pit.
Place the avocado, chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil and salt in a blender.
Blend on high until you are left with a thick dip, adding more oil 1 tablespoon at a time if necessary to thin it out.
Serve with crackers, bread, vegetables, on toast or as part of a charcuterie board.
